Returns & Exchanges

At Insect Lore, we want you to feel as vibrant as a butterfly in our apparel; if your metamorphosis isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original wings—or rather, tags—attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Cocoon

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey back to our hive.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Flight and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
